GREENSCRAPER EDEN TERRACES
Annotation
The Greenscraper Eden Terraces is based in an underdevelopment area inside the district of Prague 10. The project bets for the study of parametric geometries towards a sustainable design and economically profitable. The result is a 25 storages hybrid building occupied by housing together with urban equipments, shops, services and offices. Finally, the optimisation of the structure and the usage of wood are examples of strategies for sustainability.
