Water tempting, sun burning

The design seeks to reverse the segregation of the city. It transforms the paradigm of the bridge as a pure element of motion and it creates a bridge that becomes a part of the city itself. It combines movement and residence. It has the ambition to stimulate the area of ​​the river as a local center and to re-establish the relationship between the city and the river. The footbridge is followed by a colonnade, containing the background of the river baths and other inserted cells with different functions. The bridge with the colonnade forms the segment of the highest intensity. The middle segment is more stable and calm, designed for activities approaching sitting. It has a stronger presence of a natural element that defines the amphitheater according to the shape of the contours.
