Varhulíkové Apartment building

Varhulíkové Apartment Building is located in the part of Prague Holešovice near the river. The concept of urbanism follows tipical city blocks and respect the original buildings and also restore old Přádelní street. The six floor building include apartments and public functions in the floor ground. In a dominant corner oriented to the river and a new planned park is cafe place and entry to a dance studio. The dance hall of the studio is faced to the private part of a house garden. The building has two underground floor where there are garages. In a typical floor are tree apartments and two garsoniers. In a part of last floor is a sauna and roof terrace with view to the river.
