Spa Opava

Area which I designed wellness building for, is bordered by primary school and grammar school, ice hockey stadium, 2 gyms, swimmingpool and very high and dominant residental house. However, this area is quite spacious it is not accesible for passers by these days. The main idea of the project is to design spa building for people to relax and regenerate but I also want to make the area accessible for citizens and give it a new life because it is nearby the river and square. I decided to devide the building into 3 objects to achieve the ideal connection with the city and also to make the ideal spaces for different relax aktivity. There is also good interier light and intimity thanks to copilit facade.
