Annotation

The task of the semester was to design a new vision for Vratislavice nad Nisou and to transform the dilapidated industrial complex located in its very heart. The proposed urbanism "Po Proudu" works with the river Nisa and sensitively follows its meanders. In one of the meanders, I design a set of multifunctional buildings combining the function of housing and offices. All this in HUB - the effective centre of an activity, region, or network - right next to the newly created square near the Zauhlovačka coal tower.
