Ostrava and connection of the four unconnectables

The concerned area of Ostrava contains 4 territories. Those are determined by multiple barriers. The proper urban and traffic design is thus supposed to connect the territories. The form of the proposed built-in area supports an active public space and segments without traffic in between of inner courtyards. The design highlights the character of the area whilst is also general enough to offer an opportunity for further development.
