RIVERSIDE DISTRICT

Situated under the Sumava national park, Susice has a great potential of becoming somewhat of an warm welcome city for many of the park visitors. This potential was however not yet filled. Susice has so far only made small interventions in favour of becoming more appealing to visitors. That is about to change, and Riverside district is part of it. Nadrazni street is getting a complete overhaul, converting a former industrial zone into a perspective mixed residential and retail use district. Riverside district has identified itself with Work & Live philosophy, offering series of retail spaces to the house owners directly in the building.
