Kralupy nad Vltavou a town in motion

Kralupy nad Vltavou is a town not far from Prague, which offers many opportunities for development. We have proposed a solution for a better functioning city center and subsequent settlements. My proposal is about revitalizing a part of the city that is currently very confusing and disorganized. I design a diverse range of housing here, from smaller terraced houses through small community apartment buildings to larger residential buildings. I try to preserve the idea of gardening and support the community mindset of the inhabitants through community gardens. I am designing a library, a basic art school and a research center on the new tangent by the river. Here near the Vltava there are also buildings with multifunctional use, supporting new job opportunities.
