AN OASIS OF PEACE

A new hospice, a modern and innovative facility that focuses on providing palliative care and support to people in the terminal stages of the disease, is to be built on the currently neglected plot of land behind the Kladno town hall, which serves as a parking lot. The goal was to create an environment that supports comfort, dignity and quality of life for patients in their last moments. With this in mind, the hospice was designed with sufficiently spacious rooms where even family members can sleep over, a large multifunctional room, gardens with a view of the surrounding countryside and facilities for services such as assisted therapy.
