Květná - regeneration of bailiff's house

In Květná, near Polička, is a crumbling bailiff's house. In the last 20 years a big part of the homestead fell down. In my design I renew the destroyed buildings and I place here a pub, mayor's office, space for the local community, accommodation and infocenter. The homestead is intended to serve the local community and visitors from far and near. All of them can enjoy a carnival, a concert or a wedding day together.
