Congress Centre Budějovická

A number of people similar to the population of Liberec pass through the place around the Budějovická metro station in Prague 4 a day. However, there is seldom a reason to stop, look around and spend free time here. Why is this so and what would help change this situation? The main function of my design is a congress center with a capacity of 1000 people, which is used to hold various cultural and social events. The building also includes a tower with a height of 80 meters, in which there is an administrative center with offices.
