KULTURA ULTRA

The historic core of the industrial area in Vratislavice nad Nisou currently hides untapped social potential. KULTURA ULTRA in this locality forms a new cultural center of gravity, while preserving the present genius loci of factory brutality and bringing new social value to Vratislavice. The concept of the project consists in the reconstruction and extension to three existing buildings. In the newly built building there is a gallery, artists' studios, a large multifunctional hall and a café. As part of wider relations, a new embankment with a cycle path is also being created here at the neglected Nisa embankment.
