Diatomaceous earth bath mat

Annotation

The second task was to design a bathroom mat for the Grund company, whose requirement was to create a more environmentally friendly replacement for their existing bath mats. Our task was to find a material that would be either recyclable or decomposable. I found a natural absorbent material, called diatomaceous earth, which can suck water from its surface in a few seconds, leaving the pad dry few seconds after getting it wet with water. And actually, it is a rock. Miraculous, isn't it? In addition, my mat has a folding anti-slip system and is suitable not only in front of the shower but also in it.
