Annotation

The design concept was created by connecting neighboring settlements through a central natural landmark. We have defined the sector of eco-design with family houses, development and modernization of agriculture. Creating a pleasant environment, new places for walks with bike paths, places for walking pets. The most important direction of our proposal was the preservation of nature. And the concept was mostly focused on the metropolitan plan. Where the areas around the pond were defined - the recreational zone and the agricultural zone. Therefore, we proceeded with the idea that the proposal will go from the pond around, and it will be recreation, agriculture, and housebuilding.
