BLOCK OF THREE FUNCTION

The main motive of my project was to create housing for a group of people who need more attention and care. My goal was to integrate them into society. I designed a semi-enclosed block created by a house with a nursing service, social housing and a multifunctional hall. It serves not only the users of the mentioned objects, but it is also accessible to the general public. These three objects are connected by a park in the middle of the block. The designed structures are in direct contact with the square, which is near the church on the edge of the brownfield of the former textile house in Vratislavice nad Nisou, which, based on the proposed urbanism, is undergoing a complex reconstruction and has the potential to become the new center of the city.
