Annotation
The hotel and spa anchor the shape and cultivate the surroundings of Budějovická square. The concept contemplates the creation of a new part of the square on the site of the current parking lot at DBK, which interacts with the surrounding environment. The hotel has 14 hotel floors with a capacity of 308 beds.
On a typical floor there are 8 standard rooms for 2 persons, 2 standard rooms with the possibility of interconnection as one 4-bed family room and 1 barrier-free apartment.
On the ground floor there is a restaurant and the spa itself with swimming pool, saunas, massages and Turkish hamam.
