Vršovice railway station area

The project location is the surroundings of the Vršovice railway station. Currently, there is a disparate complex of office and industrial buildings that does not follow the existing building structure in the area. This proposal complements the existing development with a set of residential and office buildings with high quality public space. The two proposed office buildings are interconnected and provide an area for staff to relax and meet, with a park-like street below that is accessible only to pedestrians and cyclists. This allows for the location of flats with gardens at 1NP.
