In this work I dealt with the design of a fruit fly trap for the Plastia company. The main limitation was the technology - plastic injection, which was required by Plastia. Plastic injection does not allow the creation of such complex shapes and objects as 3D printing technology, so the final shape had to be designed so that the trap could be manufactured with this technology. While designing the trap, I considered different ways of placing the trap , such as: hanging on a cabinet, free-standing, or placed on a flowerpot. I considered the placement within the flowerpot to be the most suitable option, as the trap can be easily disguised and it won't be so much visible, or can be used as decor.
