Variable luminaire based on material experiments

The variable light is the result of experiments with plexiglass. The layering of the boards together with the translucent cross-section became the main visual motif of this design. By moving the hoop with the light source, the intensity of the luminosity and the effects in the layered plexiglass change. The overall expression is minimalist and the construction sensitively acknowledges the materials used and the repetitive geometry.
