Regulatory Plan Milovice - Transregional centre

The regulatory plan is the continuation of the urban study and the master plan of Milovice. It follows these projects by establishing closer regulations for the area of the new transregional centre. The area serves as a multifunctional, intensively used representative gateway to the city with a connection to the railway station. The combination of regulation tools creates an enclosed urban environment, but at the same time allows for variability, especially for important buildings and cultural institutions. The intensity of usage and multifunctionality is gradually increasing towards the square of the 30th of June, which is the central point of the area and at the same time the connecting element of Mladá and Staré Milovice.
