Apartment building Špice

The design of the apartment building on the corner by the school complements the incomplete block of houses on Okružní street in Josefov. My goal was to create a building that stands out from the historical development, but at the same time complements it appropriately. The building offers 6 luxury apartments with an area of ​​150 m2 and 2 attics with roof terraces. On the 1st floor there is an area for services together with a parking lot for residents. On each subsequent floor, we find 2 apartments per floor.
