The design of the new development solves the blind spots between the existing development of the small panel housing estate, restores the character of the street and completes the urban structure. The set of three new buildings helps solve the two main problems of the city, housing and extracurricular activities for children. Housing and especially the availability of new small-sized apartments for all groups of the population is the main stumbling block in the development of this location, which clearly shows the most important form of use of new buildings. The added areas of civic amenities help in the overall cultivation of the space, and a new Center for Critical Thinking focus on the necessary development of critical thinking of young people in a wider context.
