Linear Hybrid - Smíchov
Annotation
This far-reaching parcel on the Smíchov-side of the river Vltava hides untapped potential. We created a proper development with two types of buildings - balcony house with maisonettes and point house. Meanwhile we restored the accessibility to the water and made this a public space. It is enabled by a promenade which goes along the whole development and offers recreation in the northernmost part of the parcel.
