This administrative building is located in the Budějovická locality on the corner of A.Stašska and Na Krčská stráni streets. On the ground floor, there is a community center with a large hall, a cafe and its own entrance to the administrative parts of the building, including an evacuation exit and its own entrance to the community center. The auditorium is divided into three parts by sliding doors, which enables the division of space and the use of both the entire auditorium and separate rooms for different purposes. At the same time, this auditorium is connected to the cafe, and in case of a large event where catering is needed, the bar can be moved, which makes the bar accessible.
