Annotation
Across the street there is Dusík theatre, the vast Žižka square is just a stone’s throw away. Right here is a gap in the line of houses that seems to be waiting to be completed. I design here an apartment building, respecting the scale context of the sorroundings. Its three floors offer apartments of various size categories. The slightly sloping nature of the land was used for access to the two floors of the parking lot. The entire design was thought out so that the house fits naturally into its surroundings.
