Marian square Litoměřice

Marian Square is located in the historical centre of Litoměřice. Currently it is a neglected small square surrounded by roads and occupied by parked vehicles. For passers-by there is only a small space between the statue and the tree, but people tend to use it anyway. In my design I am trying to develop this potential and create a new public space of the square. There is also a new building added to help define the boundary of this square, and at the same time it complements the urban amenities with its public ground floor and offers the space of an urban apartment on the first floor.
