Cultural house Eden

On the site of the former amusement park in Vršovice, between the Vlasta housing estate, the Eden Cultural House was built in 1980-86 according to the design of architects Hana and Dalibor Pešek. Since the construction of the shopping centre in 2002, the cultural house has become an obstacle in the public space and is deteriorating. The beautiful cinema, main hall and restaurant have been unused for over 20 years. At the same time, it has a huge potential to become a centre of events in such an important place in Vršovice again.
