Rowing boathouse Litomerice

The goal of the project was to design a new rowing club boathouse in Litomerice. The new building is to fulfill the function of club, dormitory and above all, a boathouse. Rowing club VK Slavoj Litomerice is located on Strelecky island, on the banks of the river the Elbe. The existing facilities of the club are over 100 years old and no longer meet the requirements of a modern rowing club. The new building houses a complete training facility. That is, a gym, rowing machines and a rowing pool. On the ground floor of the building, there is also an entrance vestibule, changing rooms, a warehouse and the boathouse itself. On the first floor there is an office, a common room for frequent club meetings and a dormitory with an outdoor terrace.
