The apartment building in Náchod is designed in such a way that it fits into the already broken block by the railway. It is one of the five proposals which they form a new public space with and thus the block receives a new value. The proposal also includes the demolition of an already existing building due to inefficient use. It is divided into parts that are divided differently in terms of height, but each part is aligned to the right border of the plot, so there will be various passages in the block (common for Náchod) and a road will be created in the left part of the plot that leads to the important street in Náchod – Kamenice.
