Affordable Housing

This semester, I decided to respond with my proposal to the housing situation in the Czech Republic, especially in Prague. The design itself is a universal two-storey unit for six people, which with its simple construction allows various variants of urban construction. Each resident has their own room and other equipment of the house is shared. Residents can choose room variants - single or shared in two. I designed a house with a small floor area that will fit into even the smallest urban gaps. I imagine that the houses do not compete with the current urban construction, but serve as a fill for residual places in the city, so I choose land near transport infrastructure, non-lucrative, small gaps, places of old garages or dysfunctional gardening settlements.
