Radotín is a city with high-quality civic amenities, good transport accessibility and a wide range of recreation opportunities in the nearby nature. However, the city's weakness is its center which is cutted in two halves by the railway. Due to the connection of individual subcenters, this area is crucial. Therefore, as part of the new city center project, the location of the town hall is being considered on this plot as the reference point of the territory. In addition, there would be a number of new apartments, services and underground parking. The project consists of three separate buildings.
