Administration with the restaurant Nové Dvory

The task was to propose a development in the area of Nové Dvory, in Prague 12, and to verify the proposed regulation in a territorial study. Over the course of a decade, this area should be transformed into a modern center that will complement public amenities, expand new missing commercial amenities and bring employment opportunities. My plot is part of a multifunctional block with a green inner block. The administrative building with restaurant is located in the center of this new development area and near the newly built subway D. The plot is on the corner and faces the main square. The higher building has an active parterre, which is adapted for services - shops, hairdresser, gym. There are offices on the upper floors. A luxury restaurant is planned in the lower building.
