Josefov Crown

The Crown project deals with the conversion of the former barracks into a multifunctional building with a congress center. The building will house a shopping arcade, a library with an archive, a health center and small administration on the 1st floor, while hotel rooms will be created on the 2nd and 3rd floors, which will also complement several office spaces. The newly established congress center will make full use of two floors of underground garages, and the main function will be complemented by a wellness and fitness center on the 3rd floor and a bar with a rooftop restaurant on the 4th and 5th floors. Farmers' markets and summer cultural performances or film screenings will be able to take place under the building.
