REGULATORY PLAN FOR HOSPITAL KRČ AREA

The regulatory plan is based on a urban study, which i completed in studio Šindlerová during the last semester. The main goal was to regulate the development in the area around the new metro station Hospital Krč so that the values and the charakter of the area stay preserved. I was also looking for limits of the volumes of the new built up area, so that the regulatory plan allows some variability.
