Apartment building Tower

The proposed apartment building is located in the center of the Nové dvory location. It is part of block B02 04, from which it is possible to reach all amenities within walking distance. The building has only one direct neighbor and the other three facades are free. This is urban rental housing intended for three target groups: seniors and disabled people, single parents and founding families. The building is located in a less busy street and includes a direct entrance to the courtyard. It is a non-compact mass with two different height levels: 4 above ground floors and 12 above ground floors. The house contains a range of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments. The generosity and size of the apartments is increasing upwards.
