BRÁNY DO MĚSTA: ZLIČÍN UNITED

What is the first thing you see when you enter Prague? To some extent, Zličín is literally the gateway to Prague, because it is the first thing many people see when they arrive from nearby cities. That's why it's so important for districts on the edge of the city to be presentable and to create a good first impression. Our main goal was to turn this chaotic area into an attractive local centre making the most of its potential. Specifically, a neighbourhood that would not only welcome visitors to the city, but would also serve as a centre of attraction for locals. For this reason, we have designed new residential and office districts in the area, with an arena and shopping mall on the central axis, which are the highlight of our project.
