Novšie Dvory Cooperative

Prague‘s district Nové Dvory is about to undergo a great change. The plan to build a new metro line has drawn the attention of developers and investors. In reaction a new urbanistic study was created in order to transform the present brownfield into a modern district. This semester’s assignment was to elaborate a study for bachelor’s thesis. In it, I am to design a residential building, owned by a housing cooperative. They have decided to build their new homes here in New Nové Dvory, for they have found a great opportunity. The site available to them is facing a local square and on the other side has a keen view to the inner block. All of this in the very heart of the promised new district.
