Krásná - Pilgrimage center

The local region is known for its annual pilgrimages, for which it was necessary to design a suitable complex and complete the area around the rectory. The layout of the buildings is based on two main axes intersecting at the focal point of the complex - The Pillar of the Holy Trinity. The project includes a comprehensive renovation of the rectory with an extension, the design of new buildings and the creation of a concept for the adjacent gardens. The new materials used in the exterior visually unify the original and the inserted and masses of the pilgrimage center. When designing, it was important to harmoniously connect new and historic buildings and also work with sloping terrain and surrounding views.
