Rectory regeneration, Loukov

The parish area has an area of 4,851 m2 and includes the parish building itself, a later completed granary, a farm building and a barn. The goal was to find a meaningful solution to use his analysis both from the sociological , anhistorical sides also economic. The design of the area is divided into individual functions, which together provide a background, especially for the citizens of Loukov. The parsonage serves as a place for education, as a scout clubhouse, and a multifunctional space currently missing in the village. The upper floors are intended for the accommodation of the householder and visitors, as well as the granary. The farm building has the original function of keeping small farm animals. The barn will be renovated and used for organizing events. 200 inhabitants live here.
