Mnichovo Hradiště - Apartment building in the rectory district

The house is designed to complement the empty space with its mass, to better define the yard, but at the same time not to disturb the atmosphere of the parish precinct. The apartment building with six apartments is situated on a parish plot in Mnichov Hradiště near Masaryk square. Under the entire building there is an underground floor where there are cellar cubicles for apartments, a technical room and spaces for free use. Two above-ground floors and a residential attic follow. An important element of the house is the loggia on the eastern facade of the house, which provides plenty of fresh air, but at the same time protection from weather conditions. It also fulfills an aesthetic function and makes the appearance of the house special with its design.
