The urban planning proposal in the resolved area of ​​the Horná Libeň urban district emphasized the partial revitalization of the historical footprint of the building with an effort to restore the city block, which was up to the corner house of the U Karla IV restaurant demolished. The concept of the proposal tries to include two levels with the aim of returning urbanity to the addressed environment through a return to the roots of urbanity. And that, through the content side by applying polyfunctionality of the given environment and through the expressive side by applying a wider range of art-compositional categories, relying on morphology and proportionality of existing surrounding buildings transformed into new forms in the form of fine plasticity, color and other expressive elements.
