Plzeň Regulatory Plan - the area between Americká and Ukrajinská Streets is the spatial and functional definition of the site. With the help of spatial regulations, the area is defined and arranged with attention to the urban design in the context of wider relations. The aim is to set the limits of new development in a way that is city-forming, efficient and favorable to inhabitants and visitors as well.
