„PRINEMOCNIČNÁ“

The aim of the design was to support the community character and at the same time ensure closed residential units, offering the safety of home and a break from the social interaction of the demanding work of health workers. The building tries not to deviate from the order of development, to take into account urban planning solutions and not to attract unnecessary attention. By placing two buildings, an inner courtyard is created, suitable for joint activities of the residents. The front building looks more open thanks to the large windows facing the street. In addition to community spaces, it also offers 4 smaller accommodation units intended for students and interns. The main building creates 6 fully independent housing units, supplemented by a garage and a green roof.
