We are proposing the Nový Dvorů district, an area at the intersection of important transport axes with the potential to become a new important subcenter for the southern sector of the capital city of Prague. They were generously and courageously created and we are reviewing the regulatory plan. We draw the street, keep the lines proposed by the territorial study, create courtyards and new structures. The development of the center is linked to the improvement of traffic in the area. By building the station of the new metro line D, Nové Dvory, and by extending the tram line from Modřany to Nové Dvory.
