BORDERLINE

Borderline project forms an conceptual frontier between the new development of Blanice and the old hosuing in the area V pekle. In the northern part of the project there is a hotel with a capacity of 64 guests. On the opposite side are offices with a capacity of 111 employees. Both wings are connected by a shared reception. The shape of the building follows the relief of the terrain and at the same time is an imaginary transition between the urbanism of the new and the old.
