HOUSE AT THE CORNER

The plot is part of the former Koh-i-noor Waldes. On the corner of Vršovická and Moskevská streets. The reduced areas are used for terraces. Residents enter from Moskevská Street. A staircase vertically connects the entire house at its center. The design is based on mixing residents with different spatial requirements. As the height of the building increases, the terraces belonging to the apartments gradually increase. The apartments on the top floors have the standard of family houses.
