Sharp apartment building

The goal of the semester's work was to design a house with its own housing concept, which could be beneficial for the residents of Prague in other ways than just as developer housing. I decided on a combination of regular apartments and smaller apartments, which should be more accessible to seniors who usually live as a couple or completely alone and do not need such a large apartment. In the first 5 floors, smaller 1kk and 2kk apartments are set aside for them. There is also a rooftop garden for seniors where they can spend time relaxing with the feeling of being outside the city. On the upper floors, there are regular 2kk and 3kk apartments, and on the top floors there are large 4kk apartments for families with children. The ground floor has the function of a cafe.
