For me, Náchod is a city of hidden beauties, passageways and rich industrial history. A city surrounded by beautiful nature, but also a city with flaws. Insensitive interventions and probeamatic history are the running theme of many other borderland cities. By creating a new actively integrated block, I want to fill a gap in the urban structure and offer a form of contemporary, quality and sustainable housing that meets the needs of the city and its citizens.
