Annotation

Koschirz. An old Prague district with a strong atmosphere. The plot is bordered by a city-type street from the north and by a hill - Motolsky Park from the south. The commercial suburbia here is replaced by a residential block that opens out into the countryside. In Vrchlického Street I create a solid street line that reinforces the atmosphere of the city in the now indeterminate structure. The mass was created by mirroring the hill, so the floor plan drops from the north, creating a pleasant atmosphere of the inner block. On the first floor there is a commercial space and shared workshops, and above that five to seven residential floors - modular units with porches, flats with stair cores and shared clu
