Up!

Logistics centers, we all know them. It is a place that takes space and a place that is visited only by those who works here or those who go to the warehouse for a new chair from IKEA, or just pass by. Halls have been and will be here; that's not bad. But it could be solved in another way; give back the place to the people, or just bring them back! There is unused space around the halls, where you will not meet either dog walkers or guinea pig walkers. So I thought, why not attract them to the place? What about the unused space around? Build! Up! Up! I propose two towers that can accommodate more people than thousands of square meters in Hostivice! Housing of different sizes, everyone will find something for themselves.
